Dr. Wicks (Executive Director) was an Educator, Artistic Director, Actress, a published Author, and Playwright. She worked with Outlook Academy at Chicago State University teaching high school students to strengthen their research, writing and public speaking personas.  During the summer,  Dr. Wicks was the artistic director for theater classes for CSU Options camp and STEM middle students.  Dr. Wicks was trained by Graduates of Harvard University’ Project Zero Program.   She designed differentiated-curriculum to address diverse student learning styles and was also a professor in the English/Television departments at Columbia College in Chicago.
